At Wild Threads, we want you to love your gear as much as you love the trails, the campfire, and the open sky. While every item is made just for you, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and getting a fix if something’s not quite right.

Order Cancellations

Because all of our products are printed to order, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to cancel, reach out to us ASAP at support@wearwildthreads.com, and we’ll do our best to catch it before production starts!

If We Made a Mistake

We take pride in getting it right the first time, but every now and then, mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’ve got you covered!

How to Start a Claim:

📧 Email us at: support@wearwildthreads.com within 7 days of your delivery date.
✏️ Subject Line: Order # + Brief Description of the Issue
📸 Attach a Photo: Lay the garment flat, capture the design/error clearly, and include any other details that help explain the issue.

If it’s our mistake, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—no extra cost to you!

Returns & Exchanges

If your order didn’t work out, we get it—sometimes things just don’t fit quite right. Here’s how to request a return or exchange:

How to Start a Return:

📧 Email us at: support@wearwildthreads.com with the subject line RETURN REQUEST

✏️ Include in the email: Reason for return + preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Return Policy:

• You cover return shipping (unless it was our error).
• Items must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition).
• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Include your original invoice or packing slip with your order number in the package.
• Orders over $100 or with more than 5 items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

🚫 Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted. Please get approval before sending anything back—unapproved returns will be donated to charity.
