Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Every Wild Threads order is made just for you! It takes about 3–7 days to create your gear, and then it's shipped out. Here’s how long shipping usually takes:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where does my order ship from?

We team up with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with locations all over the world. That way, your order ships from the closest facility to get to you as quickly as possible.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If you're ordering internationally, your local customs office might charge extra taxes or fees. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this—it all depends on your country’s policies. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

My order should be here, but it's not. What now?

If your order hasn’t shown up yet, don’t worry! Before reaching out, try this:

• Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the address is correct.
• Check with your local post office—they might be holding onto it.
• Ask your neighbors (sometimes, packages end up next door).

Still no luck? Reach out to us at support@wearwildthreads.com with your order number, and we’ll help you track it down!

If there was a mistake in the shipping address, we can send a replacement, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.

How are Wild Threads products made?

Every piece of Wild Threads gear is made just for you! We work with a print-on-demand partner, so your order is printed and shipped from the location that can get it to you the fastest.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. If you have any questions, shoot us a message at support@wearwildthreads.com, and we’ll help you out!

I got the wrong item, or my order arrived damaged, what now?

That’s not the Wild Threads way, and we’re here to fix it! If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at support@wearwildthreads.com within one week of receiving it. Include:

📸 Photos of the item
📦 Your order number
💬 Any additional details

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

Because each Wild Threads item is made on-demand just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if there’s a problem with your order, let us know—we want you to be happy with your gear! Find our more here.

Do you offer refunds?

We only issue refunds if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product. If that happens, send us a message at support@wearwildthreads.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Right now, we don’t offer exchanges. Not sure which size to order? Check out the sizing guide on our website!

If you think your item was mislabeled, email us at support@wearwildthreads.com within one week of receiving it. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll send you a replacement or a refund.
